Our firm spun out of the environmental specialist consultants activity and of the origins of ESG principles.

We use this experience to optimilise our network within international financial structures related to ESG performance on corporate level.

Sander Jan de Bie CEO of the firm has more than 20 years experience in the development of so-called special purpose vehicles.

The first structure was developed in 1998 to develop the international commodity trading (crude oil palm) in Indonesia.

We will fully take advance of our experience, insights and network on Green Hydrogen GH2.

Physical properties of Hydrogen:

The hydrogen gas is colourless, odourless and tasteless in nature. It is a combustible gas but not a supporter of combustion. It is lighter than air and insoluble in water. It has an atomic mass of 1.008 amu and an ionization enthalpy of 1312 kJ mol^-¹
